Growth Groups have been running at Mill End Baptist since the summer of 2007.
The Vision: With the Lord’s help, we will become a church of vital small groups focussed on the Up, In, and Out of His Kingdom. The Up dimension is our relationship with God, the In dimension is our friendship with one another, and the Out aspect drives us in outreach. This network of groups will be supported and resourced by the church leadership with the aim of having everyone connected and growing.
Most of the gatherings will be house groups, but some will take the form of women’s groups, morning Bible studies, prayer triplets or other special focus groups. House groups will start with 6-8 members and grow to no more than 12, at which time a new group will be formed.
